How can we help?

Yes — completely. All data is stored locally on your device only. Roster has no backend server, no account system, and no cloud sync. Nobody at Sweeper Apps can see your data. Not us, not Apple, not anyone.

Tap the ••• menu in the top right of the Roster tab, then tap "Download Backup." This exports a .json file you can save to Files, iCloud Drive, or anywhere you like. To restore, use "Import from File" in the same menu.

Tiers are entirely personal — you define what they mean to you. A-Tier, B-Tier, and the private top tier (🤫🔗) let you organize the people you're seeing by whatever criteria matters to you. You can move someone between tiers at any time and the app tracks that history.

Roster tracks your last logged date or interaction for each person. If it's been more than 21 days, they show as "gone cold." Between 8–21 days is "warming up." Within 7 days is "active." You can reset the timer anytime by logging a new interaction — swipe right on any card to quick-log a check-in.

The 🔗 checkbox lets you note when a date reached a certain milestone. It's tracked privately per date and rolls up in your stats — you'll see total 🔗 count per person and cost-per-🔗 in their profile and the Compare view.

Inside each person's profile, the AI Assist section generates 8 personalized conversation starter ideas based on their profile details — interests, job, where you met, and more. Tap any chip to copy it to your clipboard. Tap the refresh icon to generate a new set.

Swipe left on any person card and tap Archive. They'll disappear from your main roster but aren't deleted. Tap the archived count at the bottom of the roster to view them, and swipe to restore or permanently delete.

No — deleting the app removes all local data. Export a backup before uninstalling. We recommend doing this regularly regardless, just to be safe.
